Not sure what your hate is for Mass Effect. If you do not like the franchise anymore that is fine but holy hell dude relax. Do you get like this when a movie hits the 4th in a franchise as well? You must hate Star Wars then. How dare Bioware for making another Mass Effect!!! Grab your pitchforks!!!

That is a shame you thought BOTH Mass Effect 2 & 3 were "yawnworthy" (whatever that really means). In all seriousness what sci-fi rpg have you played recently that is not considered "yawnworthy"?
Hopefully that means people you can interact with and possibly have some sort of personality and/or story to them instead of just background characters that make a place look alive. Here is hoping they actually pull it off and it isn't hype!

I agree. It's actually a pretty good game all around and for how big the world is I have yet to run into any game breaking bugs or glitches which is refreshing.

If you are supposed to get an XP boost I do not think you are getting it. I have the standard version and literally just shot a guy receiving about 17 XP total. 5 for killing him and other points for being undetected bla bla bla. Looks like you are not getting the boost 😕
I can not wait for this! Sleeping Dogs was such a great game. Shame there may never be a true sequel but hearing that Donnie Yen is the star in the movie just put this up to number 1 on my can't wait list!
I think it's just something with Ubisoft because I bought the For Honor gold edition and it says I own the season pass but gives me the option to buy it in the game storefront. Unless it is having a problem like the For Honor pass had (which I had to deal with) you should be fine. Otherwise open a ticket with Ubi they are really good at getting back to you.
Yea, for all the hate Ubi gets they can really put out some amazing looking games. Downgraded or not.
It seems there is a 50/50 shot with the developers and the Frost engine. It's either really good looking or textures and models look like something from a middle schooler. Here is hoping that ME's story and overall gameplay can make up for the weirdness that is Bioware graphics haha.

The game is actually pretty good. Playing it on extreme difficulty and it's definitely the way to play. Having to coordinate how you will attack a compound and missing one enemy while doing a fly through can be the difference between clearing out the area or getting mowed down with bullets. Yea there are barren areas but I'd rather it take a more realistic approach to the environment over goofy distractions that take away from what the game is.
