EA, the biggest third party in gaming makes most of their money through PS3 sales. Make that an article.
And until you can compress downloadable movies with the same bit rate as a Blu-ray, then talk Sentinel. But right now Blu-Ray with an HDMI connection and either 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound, blows everyone out of the water.
On a HDTV Blu-ray blows DVD's out of the water hands down. It doesn't matter if you have a HMDI output from your DVD player, DVD's resolution in the US is 720 x 480 while 1080p HD is 1920 x 1080, a huge difference. And there's no way from making a 720 video expand without stretching the pixels. Try expanding a youtube video to your entire computer screen and see how it looks. Take it from somebody who's in the film industry, Orlando Sentinel is full of it.
Blu-Ray is a big reason why the PS3 sells. It's more reliable than the 360 and has a bigger upside with everybody going HD. Does the 360 arcade play in true HD? Real hate towards the PS3 huh.
Who is putting this crap up on this site? My 6 year old nephew could do a better job at handling this site. I'm done with this site. Change you name to playstation-haters.com and maybe I'll give this site some credibility.
