The only patent that Motorola has here is the video encoding patent involving H.264 and Microsoft is willing to pay royalties for it. However here is where the issue lies.

I don't mean to pick on small things but what is up with the graphics score? The review states it's one of the best looking console games and it received an 8 for graphics? All because they complained it doesn't look as good as the PC version and has pop ins and some tearing? What console game doesn't these days?
