Best option is sell your current PS4 and with the money you can make you probably can get the PS4 Neo with just a bit more on top. That is of course if it is the same or similar price even.....
This could be the future of console gaming where they are regulary updated however this will cause new headaches for developers working with multiple versions. MS could be also working on a updated Xbox One same as PS4.
