Kat is there in the picture and none of the other characters you mention belongs to Sony.
Say what you want. But, this game doesn't deserve to be rated lower than Crackdown 3.
Someone who spent over 900hrs on this game deserved to be banned from the platform itself in which he play the games on. xD
Isn't FF7 remake a timed exclusive to PS4? Why do you think they would showcase it at the MS conference?
I wish Nintendo would do this for their first party games as well. Why does their games never gets a permanent price cut?
I sincerely hope that this game find a moderate success. I don't want EA to shutter BioWare. Still holding out hope for a new Mass Effect game :(
@StarFar2 Outer Worlds is a AA title. Where did you got the info that it is a 60$ AAA title? It's IP is owned by Take-Two as of now. If there is a sequel, it will be multi-platform. I don't think there will be one though.
I never said that Sony doesn't dabble in GaaS titles. But, i can tell you for sure most of the fans loved TLOU for it's single player campaign and the single player campaign will be the main selling point for TLOU 2 as well.
@gangsta_red Please don't compare games like Halo and Gears of War with say games like Uncharted or TLOU. Though Uncharted 4 has a tacked on MP, Single Player was always it's main focus. It has a 15-20 hours story campaign. Gears of War 4 single player campaign was under 10 hours which do tell you that it was always supposed to be a Multiplayer oriented game.
Where is that NT rumor that they are making a AAA title? Can you share a link? Last i heard, they are splitt...
Halo Infinite and Gears 5 are so gonna be GaaS oriented. I can bet anything that Microsoft won't invest in a AAA exclusive that is akin to either Spider-Man or God Of War which both have a great campaign and can be finished in 20 or 30 hours. Both don't have a tacked on multiplayer either.
The studios they recently bought are all AA studios. They're being AA for a reason. Microsoft wants quantity over quality for gamepass to keep the subscribers subscribed.
No thanks!
Sony sold more consoles in the last quarter of 2018 than Microsoft did the whole year. LoL!
The game is already in the localization phase. It could still get released this year
Can you tell me what was so great about Hellblade? I really want to know. I mean, the graphics was great and all and so is the sound effects. But, it's combat and storytelling was so underwhelming.
I'm hyped for it as well. I know everyone loves Miles. But, i do hope Peter Parker remains the main attraction in the sequel as well.
Not really. Someone else will just step up.
I also don't like the fact that MS is touting Streaming as the primary way to play games come next generation. I hate the way they made all if not most of their first party games GaaS oriented. I for one love seeing XB1 getting decimated in sales for all the bad shit they tried to pull this generation.
In what world this number is respectable? Switch is about to overtake XB1 most likely by later this year and it was only in the market for just over 2 years.
Going by the NPD numbers, XB1 sold around 25 million in US and PS4 at 28 Million so far. That leaves only 16 million XB1 in the rest of the world compared to 64 million PS4's.
I wish they they join Sony as a first party though. The games they make perfectly fits the Sony formula(Story driven 3rd person action-adventure).
This game is so overrated. Apart from the incredible atmospheric setting and excellent sound-work, this game has nothing to write about. Combat was pathetic. The puzzles were horrible and very much repetitive. The storyline was not that interesting to follow as well.
Though only Days Gone and MLB '19 has a release date, Dreams, Blood & Truth, Concrete Genie are all already confirmed for 2019 as well.
If one the big 3(TLOU 2, GoT, Death Stranding) releases alongside these, Sony will have a great year.
Glad GaaS oriented games like Division 2 are seeing a huge drop in sales but really disappointed to see that drop for DMC 5. :(
