I didn't know I wanted it until I seen it. Now I really want it.
No no no. Please. Too many games are strive to mimic Hollywood, built on the model of quick time events and "cinematic experiences". Fromsoft titles stand as the leaders of a last bastion of sorts. Tough and unique despite once being the standard many, many years ago. If you can't take the time to chip away and hone your skills at the game, then move on because it just isn't for you. Enough of the catering to casuals.
A future without downgrades where the best looking games aren't years old because dated hardware can't run modern titles to their maximum potential? Sounds good to me.
Remember how Far Cry 2 did just OK in sales? Then it took 4 years to make 3? Then they tasted some nice sales and acclaim and are right back to trying to get them out as quick as they can every 2 years, this one is actually coming in less than 2.
Why? This is getting out of hand. They aren't old or unplayable by any means. What would a remaster gif other than maybe some AA? That isn't worth $60 when we could be getting new experiences.
After Infinite, I'll hold my breath. That one really rocked my faith and killed my hype for games.
It must look like shit then, right? How are they getting VR to run at 120FPS when they struggle to get multiplats and exlcusives to run at a solid 60?
Why didn't you mention Infinite? If you don't like Bioshock 2 then you surely thought Infinite was a disaster. It's practically worse in every single way.
Just why? Skyrim is perfectly fine to play after five years. Oblivion or Fallout 3 would have benefited more from the leap
