Dead drops were super easy to get if you start hunting for the shards at the same time. Only one of the dead drops is nowhere near a blast shard
The lighting is the only thing that is improved. The textures and character models remain the same.

As long as they don't have timed DLC I'll be happy with the ps3 version. Bethesda made me lose respect for them when they did the DLC thing with fallout 3
The problem with the game is that it has terrible lasting appeal. The game is really fun, but once you beat the SP (6 hours approx) you maybe play the multiplayer for a few more hours but thats about it since there are no competitive modes.
The game is not worth $60, its a rental

How do you know this? Nintendo hasn't mentioned anything like that at their conference, and I honestly have yet to see any mind blowing footage. You are just assuming.

Off topic because you pissed me off - the person up is trying to show how idiotic 1Up are. he didn't say Gears of War is not a great game, but he showed that 1UP are terrible reviewers since they game Gears a perfect score. Just look at the review they wrote for that game. Very unprofessional. Kind of reminds me of the GTA4 perfect score from IGN

2015 is too late. 2013 sounds good. MS is almost out of games to release for their Xbox, and maybe they could squeeze out another 2 years out of the console with Kinect. And Sony is releasing most of their big guns this year, with a few left for next year. My point is, people will get tired of this generation very soon, especially with PC gaming widening the gap between the consoles.
E3 2012 might see a new console announced, but E3 2013 will 100%
