I think far cry 3 is definitely my GOTY. It seemed to do everything right, have a brilliant setting and controls, as well as a great set of characters. Also Vaas is no doubt one of the best gaming villains ever. And that's not mentioning the multiplayer, co-op and the map editor. There is also SO MUCH to do after the singleplayer alone. Amazing game. A highlight of this generation

We're in the middle of a recession. Do you think that Sony is the only major company cutting costs? Companies like Microsoft, Samsung, Nintendo, etc are cutting costs as well.

Considering that bioware made an entirely new dlc for people because that weren't happy with the original ending, is generous enough. Sure they shouldn't have released the game with that type of ending, but think about the amount of developers that made a new ending dlc because fans weren't happy with it. Heck, even bethesda couldn't make proper port for the ps3 and still can't for the past year.

Stop whining. They are already 90% complete with the game. Dan House even said "that a female character doesn't match the atmosphere of the game", so you can throw the idea of an additional dlc out. So just forget about an idea of "a female GTA protagonist" for another couple of years.
I would want an alarm on my console. There are countless times that I have missed my favourite tv shows because I have been playing for too long (goddamn those addicting games!)
To be honest I think it's because of the bad port to the ps3 version. I haven't bought it yet because I want BO2 to smoothen out on ps3 first. Also it's because of Halo 4 on the 360 that is snuffing sales off BO2. Sales would probably pick up again later. Although with GTA V around the corner I'm not so sure......
