I think Mr. Kojima isn't a stupid man. He know's what he's doing, and I trust him. He says in the letter that the game will be a visual masterpiece. I don't know why people are disagreeing with you thought, but I guess its just there opinion.
PS3 most probably, the platform has to be big in Japan. It can also appear on PC

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you the 'comment of the day'.
All I said was I can't afford to buy MAG because there are just too many great games coming out in that period. I'll have to skip a few titles; and between AC 2, UC 2, MW2, MAG, Heavy Rain and GOW3 (possibly GT5) I think most people will skip MAG. That's why I hope it sells well. I also hope Heavy Rain sells well too. And thanks all for the 100 thousand disagrees.

I wish it lives up to the hype. Its potentially one of the shiny gems of this generation.
Killzone is different type of game. This is more open world. Killzone 2 smokes this game in term of its shear graphical effects, but this game smokes Killzone in terms of its scope. They're apples and oranges.
@STONEY4: There is no game that has yet taken 100% of the PS3 power. Killzone 2 reaches bearly 60%. FYI Gears 2 clocks around 90% of the 360s power.
I fail to understand the purpose of these previews. At least wait till the product is released before you pass judgment. An interesting fact, most PS3 exclusives shown at these game shows are shown in older builds, the final product looks way better. MGS4 Killzone 2 and the others all looked far superior than what was shown earlier. Funny thing the same cant be said for Xbox exclusives. SC:C had to be delayed to make sure that the end product looked on par with the E3 showings.
What makes you think that swaping disk automatically confirms no installs. And a BD is about 52GB, and all this was compressed because the game wasn't fitting on the 52GB BD. So even if MGS4 was to be ported it would be on 6 DVDs and all will need installs.
I agree, this game is hyped to the point that people expect an epic rpg. Peter molyneux has a habit of over-promising and under-delivering. I am not saying that Fable sucks but that it never lives up to its potential as a 1st party RPG, like other MGS published titles i.e. Halo, Forza, Gears etc.
Its good to see EA right behind Sony nowadays. I smell a PS3 exclusive coming...

I doubt that MS will steal Sony's show at TGS, but I do expect some decent announcements. MS have pretty strong lineup for 2010, including SC:C, ME 2 and Alan Wake, these are the heavy hitters. As for Sony: GOW3, MAG, Heavy rain and GT5 and so on. Both consoles are good, PS3 is better value right now.
Just leave the guy alone, people have different tastes. Is it a crime that the man like Fable?

I am wondering how this game will even fit on a single UMD? 100 hour+ game and factor in the cutscenes. Are there any games on multiple UMDs yet?
