You're entire statement is simply incorrect. Bethesda NEVER represents Zenimax. That's what my last reply was about. Bethesda does not represent the brand in legal and business matters, what did you not understand about that?
Zenimax was made SOLELY for that purpose, which (once again) is why they are representing a trademark of Bethesda through this lawsuit.

Zenimax is the parent company of Bethesda and was originally created by the founder of Bethesda as a "shell company". The purpose of this shell is to take care of all publishing matters and the "business side" of video game development and distribution. Hence the lawsuit coming from Zenimax.
One OWNS the other, that does NOT mean that they are inter-changeable.

Only altered genes may be be patented. In order for anything to receive a patent it must first be proven that what is being presented was created by the people presenting it. So this means that yes genes are being patented, but those are not "our genes" they are altered genes.

Like they said in the article. This is an OLD beta that is no longer relevant in terms of issues for the game.
The gold version of the game has no doubt been finished for a while now. If it wasn't then how would they expect to create enough copies of a finalized product and ship it by the 25th of this month.
