So who cares how / when someone chooses to spend or not spend their money? Sony gets their money for their game sold either way whether its on PS5 or PC, so in the end what does it matter?
Keep up the great work Nightdive Studio. Any new update on a possible eta for System Shock 2 Enhanced Edition? Also at one point a System Shock 3 was in the works by someone else but looks like that fell through, with Nightdive's experience on System Shock 1 and 2 would Nightdive ever get the rights to make System Shock 3? Lastly any chance of a Deus Ex, Outlaws and Handfull of Missions, or Arx Fatalis remake as well? Thanks
Watch the video then get back to me. https://www.youtube.com/wat... Per the video and WSJ adjusted per inflation people had 30 percent more house hold income under the previous guy and with current guy is only up .7 percent. So good luck with that. Even CNN fact checked the Big Guy for lying about inflation. 627d ago 3 agree3 disagreeView commentSpam

Best comment I saw was the tone deafness of IGN covering game industry layoffs and now they are doing layoffs of their own. Bidenomics is doing wonders for everyone with Bidenflation. Video games and consoles are a luxury item and no one has money to spend, thus layoffs.
Everyone except Nintendo (maybe they can afford it?) is realizing selling multiplat is the way to go when selling games. Sony with PC, XBOX with PC, PS5, and Switch. The days of exclusive to just one platform are pretty much over this gen with how expensive things cost to make these days.
Vote with your wallet, any games they do this in, don't buy it to send them a message. If all they care about is money deprive them of it, by not buying their crap.
Not having must have xbox games since the 360 era did the xbox hardware in. It has taken 10 years of buying other game IPs to actually have a game library and now they dont have enough xbox consoles to sell games on so now they have to go multiplatform. They are following in Sega's footsteps.
Hopefully modders can fix the aged combart in this game if this is true. Enemies leveling up with you broke and defeated the whole purpose of leveling up.
If games did not have microtransactions and released complete and games weren't broken on release and patched later then this might have a little bit of merit. Non multiplayer games connected to the internet have lead to intolerable experiences.
Maybe if Switch was EOL Ninentdo would not care as much. An emulator for a current console still at retail is just too early for a company to look the other way.
Unfortunately stock holders are the reason for layoffs, if a company does not post growing revenues quarterly and yearly to make stock holders happy they will resort to layoffs to show they are trying to save the company money By having less people do more work... Stock holders cause layoffs when things are not booming with infinite growth during tough economic times, it sucks. BTW infinite growth is an illusion.
