The sooner this absolute BS about Cross Play stops the better, I don't want it and the PS community doesn't need it, top it of with the fact MS want to make Sony look like the bad guys but truth be told MS are thinking of 1 thing, taking market share away from Sony, they won't do it with sales of the Xbone,S or X so this is another angle to approach.
Looks fantastic, I'm disappointed with the Physics, to similar to 6s, that's not to say it's not good just hasn't improved enough for me, nowhere near Asseto or even GTS latest gamescom build. Can't wait for this game, looks incredible, sounds incredible, sure people will always moan about its campaign or track/car count and this game won't be for everyone's tastes but at the end of the day it will be a fantastic game regardless.
To me this is a spin of title, like Horizon is to F motorsports, the career mode in Sport is fine for what the game is going for, if this was GT7 then I'd expect the traditional career mode, collecting cars etc but I'm looking forward to Sport and I'll buy it day 1. The beta was a step in the right direction but there was still plenty left to improve but from what I've seen of the latest videos, it's majorly improved again especially the sounds, each car is distinct sounding, and it's got me excited for GTS, especially the physics, I noticed lift of oversteer at the Nurburgring and improved suspension movement, personally I like what I'm seeing with GTS and I can't wait for it.

As a beta player, honestly the game is getting better and better, audio is at a really good level but can still be improved, more beefy in some cars and they need to address the shifting sounds but as far as actual engine notes go they are spot on, they are just not over the top loud like in Forza or Pcars but I like PDs approach. GTS has a much more realistic lighting system, Forza still has that cartoon look about it with its cars, don't get me wrong it looks good overall but it's not mind blowing to me, Driveclub is mind blowing, GTS on the other hand has a realistic lighting system that looks incredible in 4K. I'm looking forward to GTS more then F7 to be honest but that's just my opinion, each to there own.
Your not wrong Kaz, the attention to detail has always been amazing when it comes to the cars in GT especially with adaptive tesalation making everything smoother.

Played PC2 and GT Sports at E3 but enjoyed GTS a lot more.
Reasons to be concerned.
1. $499 price tag is to steep
2. Lack of new exclusive IPs
3. It's not true 4K as its been marketed, ( Checkerboarding will be used )
4. Not all developers will use its power
5. MS intentions to treat consoles as PCs, no longer console generations but upgraded consoles every 2 years or so, if MS do this then what's the point of the X.
Here's my 2 reasons not to buy the X.
1. PlayStation has the best and most diverse exclusives, Xbox can't even compete in this area.
2. $499 isn't worth it for me as only some games will be native 4K others will use Checkboarding just like the PRO.

Past Forza titles have static weather and time of day so the game can be locked at 60fps however with F7 on a standard Xbone the FPS takes a hit because of the strain on the standard consoles hardware, X had no trouble hitting solid 60fps as expected. As for what I said about the physics that's what I got from my experience at gamescom, agree or disagree I don't really care, it's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.
