I don't think Sony has to pay for exclusive. Sometimes influence is enough. I mean Sony and Warner are working on DC Universe, so it's pretty obvious Warner would be willing to hand Joker as an exclusive. Other platform owners should be glad that Sony is allowing GB on other platform since Sony owns the IP. If Ubisoft does not take advantage of the PSP to PS3 connectivity, then I would say it's quite foolish of them. I've been dying to see more PSP to PS3 features and now it's happening.
No idea, I guess people just prefers to play it on their PS3 or 360. I actually don't see much point in porting Snes games, PS1 yes.
I agree. SE has the potential to milk FFVII even more but they aren't. Instead, they keep telling their fans no after no even after a really beautiful tech demo. Let's look another 6 or so years down the line. If SE is still around and once they are out of ideas, make the FFVII remake. I'm not sure how many of us are still going to buy it compare to how many will buy it now.
I wish SE understands that opportunities don't like to knock more than once. If it does, I suggest SE answ...
Yes, instead of infrared it uses a technique where the PS Eye will increase the fps to 120 and decrease the resolution a bit.
@foxgod
tracking emotion is not that helpful. There are people who are more calm than other and won't show expression so easily. Even that is just software like how some digital camera detect smile. The reason why Sony has put too much focus on the PS Eye is because of the original Eye toy. No one seemed to show interest after a large amount of suppo...
So by this logic, PS3 owners should buy FFVII like crazy on PSN and they will do a remake. After that, we should all be crazy enough to buy the game once more in HD.
This is what you call being short sighted. As important as sales is, the way gamers and some so call analyst have been looking at sales is nothing but short term. There are a lot of other variable factors that developer consider in. One example is knowing your audience. Let's take SE for example, 360 exclusives but sales are terrible. MGS4 sales are over 5 million and I can guarantee you that number will rise once it's out on Greatest Hit. KZ2 is just like LBP, slow but steady as many PS3 exc...
I'm pointing that out is because I've seen way too many people spewing facial/voice recognition as if it was an exclusive feature to Natal. The PS3 Eye have it also.
I'm not hating the Natal, but I see the Natal as an equal to the PS3 Eye. I'm hating the fact that people are not giving enough credit to the PS3 Eye and how many are blindly hyping the Natal as if it's new technology.
I've noticed this too. If Sony or Nintendo does something, it's ridiculous or waste of time but when Microsoft does it, the media and sheeps goes on and on about how it's the greatest idea/revolutionary it is. The sad part is people buy it.

Natal really isn't anything special and don't give me the BS...
Well, it's optional and not a game changing exclusive. I'm sure there are some out there who would have bought both version.
I'll probably get disagree for this but I know a lot of people with a hack PSP.
I see nothing with exclusive in this scenario. Why shouldn't developers take advantage of the PSP and PS3 connectivity?
Look at the idea of GT PSP and GT5 connecting and swapping cars. I like it. In fact, I hope there are more games with PSP and PS3 connectivity.
I hope Konami takes advantage of the PSP to PS3 with MGS.
Depends on the player but from what I've seen and heard, it's awkward. I guess you can get use to it if not mod your controller like some guy in Japan.
It was Killzone 2.
=[ I really hope it's not a corrupt Agent. I want to play as an agent for the forces of good. Tired of mindless and random killing or other assassination attempts.
Maybe, you're a double agent and will stumble onto the greatest conspiracy of the world. Depending on your action, you will save the world or bring it to ruin.
Or the one and same person.
Don't forget, PD also designed part of Nissan 350z.
That would be funny, but I probably doubt they would let you drive a Nascar against a supercar. I hope they do let us though, it would be a blast to watch/play.
I can't help but feel warm and fuzzy at the idea of Nascars, and super cars racing on a WRC track.
This should help gamers get the most out of HD.
I don't mind waiting since I'm broke. But to be honest,I wouldn't rush a perfectionist. As he perfects the game, I will be fattening my little piggy for the day PD releases their masterpiece.
Because Microsoft is smart enough to recognize that Sony sets the bar for a lot of their games. Just like how Sony is able to recognize that apparently enough gamers want achievements and gave PS3 owners trophies.
Well, Sony and Warner Brothers have a lot of business ties. Both are movie publisher and Sony is working on DC Universe. As for Eidos, we all saw what happen to the TR exclusive for the 360. PS3 version sold better.
