im in the ps beta in uk for psnow.
up until a few days ago it was free to trial gamnes.
now its £4.99 for 3 days or £9.99 for 30 days.
i could buy a ps3 for £50 locally and then get the games for £3-7 each on disc.
PSNOW is a ripp off imo and i have now uninstalled it.
graphics dont matter though,its all about the gameplay.
the thing is i fully believe them,look wha they did with killzone single player.
it looked amazing for a launch title.
i think the thing was Sony showed alot of actual gameplay.
MS showed a gears of war that hardly anyone could see it was so dark,a Tomb raider section that was terrible imo and nothing that really blew me away.
backwards compatability was HUGEthough imo.
on other hand Sony want me to pay £4.99(3 days)/£9.99 30 days) playing a game i already bought on ps3.
but when games like batman,horizon,black ops i like look of for once,ff7,UC4 etc i doubt ...
not sure why but it isnt finding my MKV videos on my media server,just avi.
also my 1tb usb harddrive isnt supported and doesnt suport dts,just ac3(DD)
not sure i can be bothered to take all my videos of harddrive and reformat the harddrive and on top of that isnt fat32 limited to 4gb file size?
expect something like it as soon as morpeus out.
imagine being able to pick fro ma selection of seats in audience and it walking to seat and sitting down and u can turn your head because they have special cameras placed.
im not even a starwars fan but im going to get the collection and watch them .

i paid £389 for my ps4 with 2 pads and 2 games on launch day.
now i totally undertstand your point regarding xb1 because that was £439 in uk with no games and now its £220(halo edition).
whats the actual price in US at moment where this offer is running? i doubt uk will have same deal.

but watching the actual gameplay walkthrough footage above i loved the look of it.
used to love my gamestation,nice staff and so much better than the local GAME store who everytime im in there i see them trying to rip someones mum or grandma off.
was in there the other day as i was passing and a women came in asking for a standard single ear headset and she left with a £80 one.

i see E3 these days as a devs way of pitching ideas to public,give us info few years before and a game can be adjusted easier as its early in dev cycle.
make the game,announce and peopel kick off as they dont like something and the game is almost complete and there is issues.
it is nice to see what the devs are working on and if anything its the gaming reporters that cause all the issues and wars.

i thought i wanted backwards compatable fetaure,but i have been in the ps now beta for a few months and have tried a game for a few minutes and then thats it.
its nice ot have i suppose but if it takes away budget for future things then i would rather be without it and them focus on something better.
PSNOW is a big waste of money imo and 2 days ago i noticed the rentals in beta went from free o £4.99 for 3 days rental.
