That's exactly how it was for me growing up too. Some of us even bought different systems on purpose and would swap them from time to time so we all could see what was out there. Even this generation, I let a couple of co-workers borrow my PS3 and they each ended up buying one. Except for one, we each own all of the current consoles. Not hate or bias. We simply enjoy gaming.

I agree somewhat. There are some out there that own both but are still biased. The problem is that too many people out there claiming to be gamers when they are clearly haters. Plenty of them here on N4g.

LOL, of course, PS3 fans never hype anything. But I do ask, who's calling Natal the savior of the 360? Last time I checked, the 360 did not need to be saved. I won't say that Natal or Move...
I did my part with God Of War 3. Got a $15 credit from Amazon for buying it too. It is now my favorite PS3 game to date.

The only way I would think about supporting this is if my money went towards the purchase of the final game but then I would be stuck if I did not like it.

I'm sure they had their reasons for buying it on 360. Maybe they just bought it for the only console they owned. It does not make them ignorant because they did not buy it for your preferred console.

Genius if Sony is doing this to build hype and demand. A d@mn shame if they actually can't produce enough PS3s to take advantage of the momentum they had built up. If Sony manages to get the supply straight and gets the current demand together with the launch of GT5, sales may be astronomical.
