I believe they removed PS2 support so that people would actually buy PS3 games instead of buying it just for Blu-ray/PS2 games.
How does an ad bot have six bubbles? Someone got hacked?
So what if they ripped off Konami? Few Bemani games we're ever available in the US other than DDR. Look at how Rock Revolution turned out when they tried to combine DrumMania and GuitarFreaks to compete with RB/GH.
They will never stop redesigning the hardware every year or so. How else do you think they are able to sell 120+ million units? Also, every new design makes the old accessories obsolete so that they can sell them to you again.
Could you be more wrong? Microsoft does not own Viacom. Viacom does not own G4. G4 is owned by Comcast Entertainment. X-Play on the chopping block? It's the highest rated original show on the network. Biased towards Xbox? GOW3, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, both Ratchet & Clank Futures, inFamous, Resistance 1 and 2, LBP, and MGS4 all received 5/5 reviews. Viacom's relation to Microsoft is that they are showing a Natal special on MTV/Nickelodeon next week along with the Microsoft E3 pre...
Sony realizes that the Blu-ray 3D firmware for PS3 is almost unnecessary at the moment. For some idiotic reason, almost all 3D Blu-rays this year will be exclusively available to a certain TV or Blu-ray player. So far only two are scheduled to come out on their own, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs this summer and A Christmas Carol in November.
-Monsters vs Aliens (Samsung exclusive)
-Coraline (Panasonic TV exclusive)
-Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (Panasoni...
It's an art book.
Since when is Dark Void not a new IP?
Come on guys, if you have any sense then you will know to buy a cheaper flash drive. These are for casual gamers who will just go to the Xbox section of the store and pick up a "memory card" and have no idea that they can go to the computer section to find a cheaper one.
These aren't meant for people who know what they are doing. They are meant to be placed next to Xbox and Wii in the store for parents and everyone else who wouldn't know where to find them or which to get.
Criterion is no stranger to board games after making TrickStyle and Airblade.
This already happened. Microsoft was developing a remake similar to Perfect Dark on XBLA that was quite far in development when Nintendo put a stop to it.
This won't happen. Sure it might come out but if it's not released by Sony or Nintendo themselves then it will fail. There is already a motion controller out for 360 but its only supported by one game because it was released by a third party.
Apparently the demo is a 360 exclusive for the time being.
They finally added MMS in September.
Already preordered it with a 25% off code.
This game should be $20 or at least a $30 Platinum Hit. I understand that they are force to charge $40 because that's the only way Microsoft will allow the online to be compatible with the original release. The Lost Planet Platinum Hits release added new content and was $30 which meant the online community was split between each version.
3D doesn't seem to be a gimmick this time. Last time it got big in the 80s you had to wear glasses that actually made the movie look worse. This will be like the SD to HD transition where you will eventually be hard to buy a Blu-ray player or TV that doesn't come with 3D capability.
A sequel to the Turok reboot was in development but Disney canceled it because they needed a Tron Legacy game to come out this year with the movie.
I too have a Samsung DLP and it sucks that Sony only wants new 3D TVs to be able to see this stuff. The Mitsubishi adapter was supposed to work for Samsung's DLPs but they changed that. Do they not want our $100? Its not like disabling the adapter is going to make us go out and buy a Mitsubishi DLP.
Anyway, a user over on the AVS Forum may have found a way to get the Mitsubishi adapter to work on Samsungs. If that doesn't work, we will be stuck buying a Panasonic 3D ...
