This game IS super cool!! I had a blast playing it and it has jaw dropping graphics too! The world is huge and the new Unreal Engine 3 shines in this game...this game literally Kickz ^$$. the demo was an ill representation of the game...the game actual surprises u and is fun from the beginning till the end.

@ Camb31691 It is on PSN as a PSone Classic for u to download and when starting up the game it will upscaled to HD & u can add a smoothing filter to it. That will be as close we will get to a MGS1 HD experience for the time being.
Loved him and Mark Gonzales in 'Video Days' true skateboard geniuses, still got the Transworld Skateboarding Mag where Jason Lee was introduced, these guys were true originals/good guys/talented artists that helped establish skateboarding culture and made it into what it is today.
There's nothing wrong with Platinum releases, but it's the design of the boxart that is bothering me:the ugly borders around the front-cover. just Keep the big artwork of the original and give it the Platinum brand with little fonts on the lower part of the cover or something(like these new Uncharted Editions, looks great!).
DICE didn't do anything to deserve this, they are 1 of the best developers out there, some journalist and gamers need to wake up and realize how hard it is to develop these games and rethink their premature negative attitude towards developers and show more appreciation for these hard working talented artists. Some people need to wake up...Kinect is a fad...Motion Control is a gimmick, Voice Commands are a gimmick (RainbowSix3??) and all the so called coming innovations will only distract people from the gaming itself, people will get tired of it faster than u think. Leave it in the labs and experiment on people there, otherwise we all should get paid for it, our contribution to software development is tremendous, for them it is free knowledge(worth more than gold this day and age). This is the proof that they are secretly harvesting our behaviours without paying for it.
They so desperately want to make it sound like it is a big thing, it is just superficial innovation. They keep on stating this until they've enough and everything we love about gaming will be stagnated by it. If they've sold enough they will use another market for their sales. This has nothing to do with gaming. MS are not here for the gamers. They've never been in it for the gamers and Kinect is the device that proofs. I detest Kinect.
To read about it again and getting to know the whole story makes me even more heartbroken than when i heard about the 1st time. It's just so sad...my heart goes out to all the relatives.
It's not about being 'tougher' and overacting ur criticism, it's about being educated and unbiased, that includes more self-criticism by journalists and developers. Battlefield 3 is a bad example here, the statement sound sketchy, he clearly has a lot more thinking to do.
The one thing i believe is...it has been in development since 2006 and the previous rumors about the X-engine capable of scaling the 360 games graphics wise that are build on it(higher res textures/better physics/view distance enhanced/higher frame rates/more FX etc when played on next Xbox).
