When I played Dead Island with a friend, the game simultaneously froze both of our Xboxes. The dialogue, voice acting and story were terrible. The weapon durability system was frustrating; the best weapons only lasted a few hits before the player has to drop a colossal amount of money to repair them. The gameplay was six hours of hitting the same zombies with sticks, with the occasional special zombie thrown in.

There were two groups in the study. One group played violent video games and the other group played nonviolent groups. All people in both groups were age 13-19. The group that played violent video games ate more than three times as much candy while playing the game.
It seems like the Wii U's status in Spain is pretty similar to its status in America. Nintendo really didn't make the differences between the Wii and the Wii U clear.
The only selling point of the Wii U seems to be the gamepad, and if you're going to use that to play another game while someone else uses the Wii U, you might as well just get a 3DS.

Some would argue that many developers are already pushing out games as quickly as possible just to make money. Look at the Asssassin's Creed franchise; Ubisoft keeps pushing out a new AC game every year, and they're all pretty similar. Is this because of something gamers did, or did Ubisoft see a potential cash cow and jump on it?
