From what I've been reading, the majority of control of the company will remain with the current executives of the company. It doesn't seem that this deal will have an effect on much that come from Marvel. Especially the comics themselves.
I've been following Joe Quesada, Editor and Chief for Marvel Comics on Twitter this morning. He has had some good insight.
He has said:
"If you're familiar with the Disney/Pixar relationship, then you'll understand why this is a new dawn for Marvel and the comics industry."
and also,
"It feels like Christmas morning."
I would to if my company just got bought for $4 Billion.

Hopefully they don't screw anything up.
The price tag definitely struck me, but they are, hands down, the coolest shoes I have ever seen.
