I don't know for sure. Before "dlc" thing happened, did you remember Half Life 2 supposed to have tentacle monster but it was cut in the final game ? And Halo 3 was supposed to have drivable boat and large scale battle in campaign but it was cut in the final cut ? I'm not making this thing up, but i watched it on HaloFollower YouTube channel.
I think it true that developer made some difficult decisions that they have cut some of it. But in the end, it has to be done. I'm

We gamers and developers should have ignore them a long time ago, but they will be back. If we dealt with them and just ignore them like that, they will do something that make us gamer more annoying.
