I don't mind watching plenty of cutscenes, as long as they are good. I enjoyed the cutscenes in MGS3 and MGS4.
What is so fresh about this game??? That you can make choices, and it will affect the story? Have seen in plenty of games before. Fallout 3 for example.
That it focuses heavenly on story and emotion? Ehm, does Metal Gear Solid or Snatcher ring a bell?
The QTE has also been done before. I can't see what's so fresh about it. Sure, it's going to be great, and it's not a shooter. But it is not fresh like the guy said above.

Ever played Search & Destroy on Modern Warfare? When you are the only left on the team, and are about to defuse the bomb. People usually show off and starts t-bagging the dead enemies that guarded the bomb, because it usually is plenty of time left. When there is like 10 seconds left, they start defusing the bomb.
Your whole team and the opposite team can see you on television t-bagging, and...

Yes. There were some scary monsters. The Reaper for example. It's the insect you were talking about. But the atmosphere s*cked, and for a horror game the atmosphere must be good for it to be scary. Take Dead Space for example, that game had good atmosphere.
Like I said, the game has replay value. When you beat it, you are going to beat it again. Because you want to get better time on leaderboards, or maybe you just want to upgrade all of your weapons, and get all the treasures ...
