I'll say it's a risk, no matter what Microsoft does. Give price before E3, risk backlash and possibly turn gamers away from their conference, or show the price of Scorpio at E3 and make gamers to watch their whole conference.
I'm going to guess here on why Microsoft isn't going to give us a price reveal, 1, they waiting for E3, 2, afraid of gamers backlash before E3.
