Sonic is way wrong but the rest seem right. Though Halo was better before.
It deserves it tbh. It's so much fun :)
It' awesome that it's back!
Jordan Thomas was behind the Shalebridge Cradle. I trust this man!
I'll admit that I'm still annoyed that there's gonna be a sequel but I don't think it will be a bad game.
Couldn't agree more, great preview.
Thanks in advance to everyone that votes :)
It's a good game. It may not be as good as the PS2 games but it's a nice addition to the series.
Awesome! I love the category names. Armchair General lol
They look decent enough :) The secretary one reminds me of Bayonetta though lol, don't know why.
I think they would need to implement them as sub trophies or something. It wouldn't count towards your overall trophy level but would be a seperate level instead.
Dunno if it would increase sales tbh. It's bound to make some people interested in it.
I would like to see them, especially if they linked to the PS3 account :)
I love MGS4 but I don't the thing the intro is as good as Heavenly Sword and Uncharted 2. Uncharted 2 leaves you hanging from a falling train, it gives you a sense of rush and excitment. Heaveny Sword puts you against a hundreds of enemies which is a great way to open a game like that.
I'm not saying MGS4 has a bad opening though because the opening is excellent and as a big fan of the series I was amazing while playing/watching the start.
Call of Duty 4 should h...
I'm really looking forward to the comedy one. That sounds like it's gonna be hilarious. Apparently there's dinosaurs and stuff in it lol!
In terms of narrative, Heavy Rain will win hands down. The moral choices and all of your options allow you to form a story that could be very different on a second playthrough. God of War will have a linear narrative but I think it definitely works better that way.
To be honest though, God of War III could be better. It will definitely be more fun and enjoyable but whether it will provide a better experience is unknown.
It is doing some things new such as the envirnoment being affected by the Titans but it's not going to be as ground breaking as Heavy Rain could be. Heavy Rain is trying to make a game based purely around a story with very little emphasis on the gameplay where as GoW III is adding smaller features.
God of War III looks pretty damn good tbh. It looks like it's gonna be a fantastic game but in a different way that Heavy Rain will be. Heavy Rain looks to innovate rather than to be fun while God of War III is is trying to be more of a polished experience. I have no doubt that God of War III will be a great game but it isn't doing anything mind-blowingly new.
It's the same as Uncharted 2 which was an amazing game but didn't really do anything new.
Masterpiece really is a great choice of words. There will no doubt be other good games but I can't see any of them being as innovative as this could potentially be.
I really can't wait for this. It looks like it could be one of the best games of next year.
Games allow for a more interactive experience and are capable of scaring you through immersion and interactivity. Films generally rely on atmosphere to scare so I think games have the advantage when it comes to horror.
Great article btw :)
