I'm actually more excited about the Netflix 3D streaming than another Mario game but it'll probably sell well regardless.
I'm not sure about playing the game but I think i want to see the movie.
Ubisoft must be really be making some good money on these games for them to keep making them.
It's possible they decided to launch it the same day as KZ3 to take advantage of the non-PS3 gamers who want a new FPS title. If I'm not mistaken, KZ3 is a PS3-exclusive, right?

I don't think any one nation is "best" overall, but the US is best in some areas. The same can be said about most every country.
I don't know if I'd want to play the game, but I do know I want to see the game's fan art.
I've got that Wii version of Get Fit with Mel B on preorder. It's not on this list, but I'm hoping it's still good.
I think it's on a case-by-case basis. Some free-to-play gamers truly don't pay while others rack up hundred-dollar-per-month credit card bills buying virtual goods.
