For me this pass encourages piracy. If the online will suck then I'm left with the singleplayer. SP can be pirated. Bite me.
this is horrible. This model totally ruined bad company 2 for me. Since I got it used I don't have access to a lot of maps and therefore I couldn't find people to play with (or very few people).
This is a rippoff- they try to punish the consumer for picking up a cheaper version since not everyone can afford their unreal prices. If they wan't $$$ why won't they start their own game retail company ?
So you can marry people in Skyrim. That is incredible. Game of the century. Once I get this game I'm pretty sure I won't buy another one for at least half a year.

Exactly. I have a 60gb download cap. Downloading Team Fortress 2 (10gb) took a good chunk of that share. I can't imagine what 10 hours of HD streaming (average time to complete a game) would do to my bandwidth.

get them on PC. All you need is 2 and 3 since 1 is garbage, and 3 is a remake of one.
Chaos theory was one of the worst splinter cells. 1 was the best. Double Agent was also great because it made you give a damn about the characters and wasn't ridiculously easy as the first 3.
Oh and no Jesper Kyd :( . He made the best music !
Checkpoints- I always use auto save anyway.
Big and small levels - I don't mind variety. Hitman 2 had some huge levels and some smaller ones.
Voice actors- That kinda sucks.

if it is low budget they might try something creative. for example why couldn't they make a less ambitious game like WOrld of Goo or Braid. They were low budget but amazing.

How about weather related powers. For example if it is a hot day your power would be fire. If it is rainy your power would be wind/lightning. If it is night you have fireworks or w/e.
the animations are the funniest thing I've seen. Who develops this game ? Bethesda ? :D

Stop spoiling the developers.They barely use new features anyway (look at Wii, their best games barely use the motion controls, or on the PS3 sixaxis is almost never used-why couldn't devs use it as a lean function for shooters ?)
Most devs also are not trying to max out the hardware. Only a few games look great while others are generic Unreal Engine games.
Also the more we wait, the stronger next gen will be.
