Except for the lackluster gameplay and story.
Sure, you could kill endless amounts of people, have tons of moves.
But in no way is quantity ever greater than quality. And InFamous had that quality in the more important areas.
I'm sure Prototype has it's small fanbase, and I respect that, but in no way can you logically consider it to be better than InFamous if compared. It's like saying Sonic is better than Mario, it's not true, but the small ...
In Gears of War, you run straight and shoot. Then they trick you with choose "R or L".
In Call of Duty, you literally run straight and shoot. Maybe sabotage something or save someone.
In Halo... nevermind, read "Call of Duty".
In Mario, you run right.
I don't see your point.
:EDIT: Oh, and I may remind you that in none of these games is there ever real story, or character, progression...
You're a fucking retard.
Like the title says.
I don't believe Uncharted 2 is over-rated. In any way of the word.
It does everything it's supposed to do, and it does it in style.
Likeable characters, interesting plot, and over the top action scenes that put you on the edge of your seat. Not to mention it has amazing animations, and graphics that are easy on the eyes.
Every time I go from playing Modern Warfare 2, RDR, or any other game for that matter. I am wowed by Un...
This is a stupid article.
The PS3 has done WAY more to improve itself over the years than the Xbox360, or any other console for that matter. If you look at what it was when it was released, and where it is at now, you'd realize this.
Playstation Slim Consoles did influence this, they shouldn't even kid themselves and they certainly won't fool me. Sony has been doing Slimline consoles since the PS1, and I don't remember the original Xbox getting a slim version.
So Microsoft just started doing this now. Sure, it might have also had to do with combo'ing with natal..er.. I mean, "Kinect", but I also believe its heavily influenced by the good feedback Sony got from "Slimming&quo...
I'm hoping they allow Valve to have their "own page" on the PSStore like Capcom, Konami and such have. That way, they can put up other Steam games all under one roof.
Although I think it'd be absolutely amazing if Steam itself was on the PSN. That way, they can distribute full games on the PSN using Steam rather than the PSN itself. Just put a "Steam" app under the PSStore "app" on the XMB and call it a day.
Nothing you said held any meaning whatsoever.
MS is asking you to pay to play games you already own, otherwise you're paying $60 and only using $20 of what you paid.
Sony lets you use the entire $60 you paid for.
Now you tell me who's fucking people over.
Atleast Sony is giving content away for free if you get in on this service.
I think this article is stupid and the service is totally worth it.
When do people ever NOT complain about something costing money? Do any other services offer ANY of those extra perks for free? No. Then why should Sony have to do it? You can't download title updates, or firmware updates in the background on Xbox360 or Wii, so no, you won't find that ability any where other than the PS+ service.
Which, in the long run, for any gamer, is an incredibly good dea...
I agree completely with this. Lag hasn't been that bad of an issue for me (I run into a laggy game about 1/3 of the time, still pretty bad). The problem is almost 2/3 of the time I'm matched with 10th Prestige people, and others who are levels 50-70, mixed Prestige.
And I'm only level 31 (I think) in MW2, not even prestige.
So it gives me a bit of a hard time trying to win, or do anything really. Not to mention most of those games end with a chopper gunner, AC130 and harr...
So you didn't notice that the first year PS3 was out, it outsold the X360 in comparison to the X360's first year? AND pretty much did the exact same thing for every single year compared. Not to mention the PS3 had a terrible start, and a ridiculous price point.
I don't know about you, but most of the media bad talked the PS3, saying it was failing and it would be dead before it started, and that the Playstation Brand had fallen and what not.
I think it's FAR more im...
People need to realize that this doesn't mean Sony will be forcefully releasing updates that will do anything they're protecting themselves from. It's just a safety precaution. If you don't believe me, look at any other product existing in this world at this very moment.
It's called being a smart businessman.
And personally, I think if you don't back-up your save files, no matter what console, or PC, you are using, you're asking to lose it all. That's common sense i...
I agree completely with lociefer.
I wouldn't even think twice about it either.
Ah, making enemies just as fast as foreign friends. He must love his life.
I don't understand this at all.
Pay twice to get the opportunity to play PS2 Classics? What is this guy on!
You pay 30 bucks for the God of War Collection and get both the games on a Blu-Ray disc, with better visuals and trophies! You can get that, OR you can buy the same two games for PS2 for the same price, and get less.
Not to mention they'll be selling the Sly Cooper Collection as well, with 3(!) games, most likely for the same price as the GoW Col...
