@supremacy but I have no interest in Halo Kinect,I am thinking openworld RPG's not FPS, I would only be interested in Kinect elements within a FPS, in a RPG you got the exploration factor, also I think survival horrors could really do great with Kinect, RTS games or Sim games could all do really well, I don't see this fading out, and if they can implement 3D somewhere down the line the sky is the limit.

2 things I have heard a lot over the last few years, 1. The PS3 is not hackable, 2. Kinect will be a failure.
Clearly the people who make these predictions don't know jack, why can't some of you guys just have a rational conversation? Kinect was updated the other day and it rocks, it feels like 1.1 to me but some of you guys just don't wish to believe it do you?

@btk you obviously have not played Kinect since the update, it's much more accurate now and even works close up 4 feet approx, I would say it's very close to 1.1 right now.

I think people should take a good look at what we had 4-5 years ago at launch and compare what we have now, both the 360 and PS3 have produced games I did not think they could, since the launch of the 360 and PS3 graphics cards have moved on a great deal but I used to look at a PC game and think WOW! now I just see everything my console can do with slighty better performance, it shouldn't even be close but the devs still find a way to make things better.
Kinect runs like a dream now.
Just been on Kinect sports since the update and I am telling you now it's 1.1 at 4 feet away...oh yeh and I can jab now.
@Tinasumsum I let my son play kinectimals after the update and not only does it respond better but he could play it under 5 feet away, that is an aproximation but i did not have to move my couch to play, so yeh exellent update.

No lie it's much more accurate, I will do a play test later and let you know if the gameplay is affected also.
