How about the NPC's pin point accuracy, coupled with the ability to one shot you?
I did a hitchhiker random mission, rescuing a girl from the lost. After taking them out and riding away with her on a bike, the lost came back and used their superhuman marksmanship to one shot both her and me, despite me having full energy, despite me maneuvering all over the place.

It's a shame that PC gamers get left behind like this. State Of Decay was another highly anticipated game with a delayed PC release.
People who enjoy open world games will get both of these. GTA fans especially will be interested in Watch Dogs due to the similarities.
