Battlefield BC2> Medal of Honor> MW2

Battlefield BC2 beats MW2 because:
+Better since of scale, you feel apart of something bigger
+Gun mechanics are handled more realistically
+Addition of vehiclcular combat
+Better graphics
+not as glitchy/laggy
- Campaign is not as good as MW2's however

I agree, not worth the wait and the price because it was too short! But what was there was fantastic

Wow what a decietful title, probably for hits anyway. Basically it's just saying you need some experience working with one of the major consoles of this gen!

I seriously don't get this whole Mass Effect 2 isn't an rpg thing. You are Shepard(There's the role bit) and you are trying to save the galaxy from certain destruction(There's the playing bit) and it so happens to be a sic fi GAME. In all seriousness, in it's defense it still and rpg just maybe not in the traditional sense. It's evolved or unevolved depending on how you want to look at it really

As you all have seen already there are over a dozen different opinions in this comment section for what game should be crowned GOTY, this is good! Let's admit it, it's clear this is one of the best years in gaming for us gamers!:)

Good point, Uncharted 2 was a bloody good game but really had nothing to compete against. Halo 3 ODST was an overpriced flop, Batman was a surprise sleeper hit and many of the good games we coulda played last year were delayed into early 2010 to avoid Modern Glitchfest 2. The only competition really was Assassins Creed 2 imo

I believe Mass Effect 2 is the definitive 2010 GOTY contender(For now) I have yet to play a game this year or ever for the matter that has managed to offer such a high level of immersion into such a finely crafted story. I'm on my 5th play through of ME2 and I'm not at all phased about Bioware stripping down some of the rpg elements because in a way it made the combat experience more fluid and the overall gameplay experience tighter and more polished. And with all the changes Bioware ...

You beat me to it! The only products I buy from Activision anymore are Call of Dutys but that's going to stop. They don't deserve my money for the glitchfests they call games. Activision lacks what EA has and it's innovation. Some of the best multiplatform titles are coming out of EA; Battlefield, Mass Effect, Dead Space the list continues... Acti continues to rely on there holy trinity of milking; COD, The Hero franchise and World of Warcraft

I am very excited about this game, I remember that in the gameinformer feature it said a big part of the game is solving cases through face readings and that instantly reminded me of Fox's show Lie to Me! And I love that show

Yeah I'm confused because M$ said that Kinect games would be lower than regular games but I was on Gamestop.com yesterday and there's Kinect Adventures and Kinectamals priced @ $59.99 each

I see this announcment more as Microsoft trying to make a statement and prove that the Xbox 360 still has power left. And because they don't have any 1st party studios capable

Last year I was all hyped up for Natal, but as the year progressed I began to lose interest because all M$ showed was the Richocett game. Now this E3 Im very unimpressed with Microsofts weak software lineup for Kinect that mainly just caters to the casual gaming market. Natal was a better name than Kinect as well.

Now on the other hand, Sony's Move seems to be catering to gamers of all stripes and interests me alot more

um I agree with your statement but we've barely seen any in-game Homefront footage so I'm not sure if it deserved to be in that sentence with crysis and killzone*

How does that remind you of Prototype? Prototype is a completed game and still doesent look half as good as this game and it's an early build. Not even the same genere

I would guess it might have sold about the same due to the fact it's a totally new IP and there's not much brand awareness. Alot of people who were orginally interested in it years ago might have had the game fall of their radar because of the lengthly production time. by the time of it's release alot of us knew that the game was short and wasn't worth the initial $60 price tag so that could also be a deciding factor to ps3 owners as well

5724d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Mass Effect 2 should be the xbox 360 GOTY, PS3 GOTY should be God of war 3, multiplatform GOTY is Red Dead Redemption. As for Alan Wake good story, but far to short, same with Splinter Cell Conviction
