because it trying to OVERTAKE the SLAYSTATION. the killer of all consoles who have rivaled. Going against Sony in gaming is a up hill battle, MS has had ALOT of problems, their on the ropes.
think about it.
MS has lost 1.2 billion this year, because of defective consoles (about 3 million).
So their is about 7 million consoles out there that have a pretty good chance of HAVING PROBLEMS.
if you think they`ll lose 4 billion dollars(for sure) alone on ...

the funny things is MS cant really drop their price as easily as most would think.
what are they going to do buy CHEAPER parts for system that already has problems working, I DONT THINK SO.

Sony WILL continue to drop their price by ELIMINATING the emotion engine chip and the cost of BLURAY will start dropping quickly.
and they already have a 1% failure rate, so they CAN mess around a bit.

resistance has a EASY/QUICK/CONSISTANT/SMOOTH online play, that alway has 20 on 20s going on. MStorm same thing but not as quick.
