I'm glad their releasing it around CoD's date, I'd rather CoD players buy CoD and stay out of battlefield - I hate seeing idiots trying to rambo and don't use teamwork at all.

Sounds like the multiplayer is just a mix of BC2 and BO mixed together ~ I personally don't buy it, I'd rather put the money on BF3 where teamwork matters. Plus I'm not into future stuff, I had a hard time eating 2142 (although fun) I just prefer modern things.

Can't wait to see all the console players now yelling at BF3 for having 24 players and this game has 32, Homefront doesn't have jets or destruction ;)

You might wanna abandon them now then, cause even BC2 on PC features more then consoles, and it's only $19.99 on steam while it's $40+ for 360/PS3.

Console players can be so greedy...

It find it funny they didn't boo on BC2 (PC) for having 32 players and being limited to 24, but now that we finally get back our true Battlefield series of 64 man servers, they decide to want DOUBLE the amount from BC2?. Their FINALLY catering to us PC gamers and now console gamers are opening their mouths wide wanting to be catered as well? Common now..

I'm happy tho console gamers finally get to experience flying ...

NGP had to release info before the 3DS came out, they didn't have a choice. Now that the info is out, Sony is stuck with the sheer cost of it. The thing IF lucky (very lucky) will be a min. of $300 (just for the non 3G) and $350 max (for a non 3G) again only hardcore gamers will say I will get it no matter what.

While nintendo releases their soon, if they REALLY was smack the NGP more, they could drop the price during the holiday season to $229.99 or sell for $249.99...

Your insane if you think NGP with all that tech will sell the same as a 3DS, it's not possible.

5473d ago 3 agree1 disagreeView comment

It's not about the Tech it's about the games, nintendo has proved that all these years. If NGP can release quality games (not ports) using their tech, then consider it with welcome arms. Tho $300 is a tad pricey, but PS3 was pricey at launch also and now it's floating into peoples homes.

Because there are some games I want to play on PSP that aren't on the DS, and there are some games on the DS that I can't play on PSP.

Also, some of us have jobs so were able to afford both, you sound like a teen without money that has to pirate games.

I don't trust Codemasters anymore after Dragon Rising.

5473d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Codemasters is full of it, look at how they lied and fooled people with Dragon Rising. This awesome piece of hardware that eats 3DS in specs cannot in anyway match it in price, it's impossible.

$299.99 without 3G will be the min. and $349.99 with.

I said the device would cost between $300-$400 when they released the price of the 3DS, does that make me an Analyst? Wheres my pay?

Nothing is doomed, people need to stop acting like stupid fanboys and just enjoy the handheld they choose to play games on....

The only thing pwned is the wallets of NGP buyers (including myself).

The only thing getting pwned is the wallets of NGP buyers (one being myself)

It's going to most likely cost between $299-$399 for this thing. Unless your a hardcore gamer and have a job, I can't imagine many people getting this for christmas, most especially compared to the slightly cheaper 3DS this holiday season.

It's obvious NGP has a high edge in specs compared to the 3DS (like the Wii vs PS3) but in terms of sales, Nintendo will still come o...

I'll be getting both but I know the PSP2 will hurt my wallet...

it will most likely be between $299.99-$399.99 (if not more) people are saying it will be same price as PS3 or cheaper, but this is like a PS3 handheld, it's going to be more expensive... I wouldn't be surprised to see PSP2 games @ $50-60

Yep, you think about how much an Ipod Touch is, then add in some serious hardware, yes there's no gimmicks but it's going to come at a serious cost... Only the hardcore of gamers with jobs would be able to afford it just like the PS3 at launch (not many got a PS3 on launch year for christmas), over time tho it will become affordable and sell well.

The + side for sony tho is that this time it's launching much closer to the 3DS (unlike DS vs PSP), but I find it funn...

I'll be getting a PSP2 as well now, but my only fear is the price... surely it will be at least $300+
