Ps4 is easier to develop on and more powerful. So your logic is severely flawed. If devs push both consoles to the max, ps4 should always have the advantage. If games are the same it's because of parity, choice by the devs. Hardware doesn't lie just accept it.
Hopefully ps4 owners won't pay for MS all in one focused hardware.
It's not about greed, No point in 3rd party exclusives, if you don't own the ip. That's why most MS games end up on other platforms. Ryse and DR3 are perfect examples of that. Nintendo and Sony have true exclusives, MS gets timed exclusives. Sunset or Quantum Break if successful can easily end up on other platforms. If not the 1st game but definitely the sequels.
Most of the world would say Nintendo or PlayStation. You'd have to be very young to say xbox imo.
