Agree, just don't try and use a level 30 gun against level 50 enemies and the game isn't hard.

Those rotate game modes. If you want to play conquest only like 95% of people your stuck with rent a server or get lucky and find a p24 server.
There is like 5 official servers. Type in p24 in search and lucky if 1 is CQ.
Same here, my connection can be great one night and a laggy mess the next. Until FIoS comes to my neck of the woods not sold on cloud gaming yet.
