I agree with this. Hideo Baba (Tales producer) himself said that the main reason they haven't considered localizing any Vita games (Innocence R, Hearts R) is due to the fact that the Vita itself isn't exactly doing so "grand" in the West.
None announced so far :(. Japanese release only for now.

From what I heard from NYCC, Hideo Baba was asked this and he said that they're not prioritizing those right now, since the sales of the PS Vita in the West aren't exactly great...
The Milla in red is not the same as the one in the first game, but the Milla in blue is the same one.
