@Spikanestor $64.00 is the price listed for the game on Best Buy's website (Canada) US price should be a little lower.
The real reason: Both systems are already are hitting performance issues. corners will continue to be cut. This will not effect gameplay, but don't expect 1080p 60fps on all games moving forward.

I have a hard time seeing $64.00 + monthly subscription game will succeed. If I put the game down for a month or two and want to come back to it, it will cost me. just saying I have my doubts. But I have been wrong in the past.
I got my Live Subscription on sale for $36. That's less than $4/month... I think I'll survive. Why is this an issue for people? Even at full price it $5/month

If Titanfall goes multi plat, I would assume it would hit 2017 at least. until then you can always visit a friends house to play it.
The voice controls alone validate the kinect for me and my family. Being able stop start pause the kids programs while in another room is worth it's weight in gold!

Yes, it will balance things out. This is a huge game and if it does go multi platform (to include PS4) it won't be until 2017.
