I think I peed a little.
Never said dislikes are proportional to sales. I said its showing that gamers are starting to get sick of MW games. If you read past the first sentence of my post you would know that,
More proof that N4G users cant read more than one sentence without thier brain hurting.
Site was clearly in the wrong. Slander and fraud are both illegal.
This game could have been so much better with Hale. Thats where insomniac screwed up.
Its easy to say but hard to explain. You seem to have trouble with the latter.
Reported.
That^
Very true.
Personally, I dont get articles like this. Its not like we really care what the writer thinks and making a blog that says "why I hate insert popular mainstream thing here becaue im cool and indie"makes you sound like a pretentious prick. Its ok to hate something popular, but there is no reason to hate things that have no logical reason to be hated at all. Some people hate chocolate, but they dont broadcast it becuse they would be banned from any social eve...
The number of dislikes on recent youtube trailers shows that gamers may finally be getting some sense. I still think this game will sell pretty well though. After MW3 though, we will see a decline.
No.
Not a single lie in this post. People really need to adopt.
High speed internet costs 100 a month (yeah comcast sucks)
Live costs 60 dollars more.
Games are staring to get in with online subscriptions which will cost you even more.
How does it make any sense to pay to acess the internet to acess MS internet to acess game internet? Online gaming should be free period.
Yes we did. DS story was incredibly basic and fell into the cetegory of afterthought like i mentioned before. Story was not the meat of the game for DS.
MGS4 was a pretty big mess. Kojima created so many plots within plots that it created the need for these incredibly long scenes. Some reaching the hour mark. I dont know about you, but yanking the controller away from me and switching to game to movie mode tells me there is something wrong with the game. Sure the scenes were pretty good, confusing at times but good, but in the end when you are watching a cutscene, you are not actually playing the game and that creates a big problem for games ...
Ive come to realize over the years that there is a new breed of game called roller coaster games. Games you play once and then shelve because you have seen the ending. MGS4 was probably one of the first games to do this and it made me realize that storys in games should not be required but instead be more of an afterthought. The most replayable games ive played this generation are probably Super stardust, Demons Souls, and Rhythm games and they have no story at all. They focus on actually get...
I would have considered it an honor for Ted to have sex with my mom at one time.
>Ignoring the main point of my post.
I feel bad for anyone who had had enough RROD's to resort to such desperate levels.
"Ok so wrapping in a towel and thowing it in the freezer didnt work. What else can I do so I can play halo?"
"I got a lemon..."
"...Screw it give it to me."
Yup Gears, Halo, Mass Effect (oh wait not anymore) and repeat. Maybe if they focused more on buying studios instead of paying Rockstar and Besthesda for timed DLC they wouldnt have that problem.
Get your fanboy minset off for one second. Done? Good now listen up because this is the last time ill say this.
It makes no sense at all for hale to die that way he did. Not only is he the main freaking character that made the first two games, but killing him in fact breaks the story adn brings in a bunch of plot holes. At the end of R2, Hale was possesed by Deadelus, who was the Head angel Chimera. If he died, so do all other Chimara. I can deal with Hale becoming a bad guy ...
Slander-a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report.
The website was using a trademarked name to bash MW3 and say how inferior it is to battlefield. If you went to the website, a video would play about a guy making fun of another guy for choosing MW over Battlefield. Not only are they committing a crime of slander, but they are also using a name they dont have a right to, which is fraud. Activision owns the rights to Modern Warfare so only they can make websites wi...
