To me there are already better looking and better running engines then unreal 4 on current gen systems. They just weren't avaible for mass use. (naughty dogs engine, and guerilla games)

let me start with what you said about hardware. xbox released xbox 360 when they knew that over 50 percent would overheat. they just wanted to beat sony to market. sony took there time and released a future proof syestem which we are seeing the benefits of today. xbox on the other hand is showing signs of aging asn you can tell from the shitty looking characters in fable 3. dont fool yourself anymore. 360 has three processor. ps3 has 8 cell proccesors. ps3 is honestly a whole generation above 360 in my generation only being held back by shittly made 3rd party games making 360 fanboys think there syestem can hold its own against ps3.
