Franwex@ that’s just people trying to spin. It’s not hard to find at all in the biggest markets in Europe ( UK, France, germany, Netherlands, Belgium ) having said that I can’t comment on other countries because I haven’t been there personally but in those places they’re not hard to find at all.

I completely understand what you’re saying and I too rate DD2 highly this gen and for some of the reasons you mentioned. DD2 undoubtedly has better physics, world and graphics while DD1 has more depth in combat and contents. Having said that it sometime forget that last time I played DD1 was with the dlc included ( Dark Arisen ) so it’s somehow unfair to compare.
I really wish I was in your shoes on this one. I enjoyed DD2 but couldn’t help to notice the downgrade on pretty much everything bar graphics and map size. Playing DD2 then 1 would’ve been perfect.

Yes most of us console only gamers wanted them to put up a good fight because that competition did help and it’s just nice grabbing a switch or Xbox, ps to play a good game that can only be played on said console. Like at the moment I’m playing arrowed and enjoying it and only place I could play it is on my Xbox.

Sony isn’t doing the same. Pc isn’t a console unless Xbox is pc now. Why would you develop for a console that’s not selling and has a small user base? Third parties already have deals in place to release on all consoles but I don’t think a lot will prioritise Xbox just for the fact that it doesn’t sell as much. I’m playing it and so far it’s a good game. If I start comparing it with other rpgs etc then yes it’s lacking but I just enjoy games for what they are and I’m enjoying it so far.
What other consoles you’re talking about and games released on rival consoles? We know the show Sony was pretty much told to release on Xbox n the LEGO fame was always going to release on all consoles with horizon theme. What sony games announced going to rival consoles ?

Exactly and this narrative that only first party matters is so weird. I bought the 360 for gears of war when it wasn’t First party and yet I bought the only console that had it on and bought a ps3 because of metal gear 4 which isn’t First party neither.

Xbox games to PlayStation and Nintendo makes business sense. The other way around doesn’t make much sense as it stands because Xbox is losing their foothold in the console space in such an alarming rate. If you don’t believe the numbers, just read comments from known Xbox fans and you’ll see words like “ ecosystem “, “ PC” or “ gamepass”. Nothing to do with complacency or them being comfortable because they’ve tried to make 12 games and that alone shows they’re not sitting in their laurels. What it also shows is a complete failure of an out of touch leadership that chose to aggressively go after life service games when they should’ve doubled down on what they’re known and praised for.
