You have to have both the overall miscellaneous quest clicked and then the specific quest you want to be tracked.
It blows my mind how much was improved. I think the Fallout series helped them out in a lot of ways. I hope the next Fallout is like Skyrim and blows everyone away.

Agreed. When the reviews come out tonight, it'll be very interesting. I'm expecting perfect scores from IGN and such, and the lesser known websites to give 6/7 out of 10. Happens every time.
