Personally, I don't think the PS+ paywall is a huge deal, especially when you get 1 free PS4 game a month, all those free PS3/PS Vita games, online play, betas, etc, etc.
They did just that.
I don't think it's crumbling, but it is declining, especially when games go on sale to $40 2 weeks - month after launch.
And the number will just keep increasing.
Probably Xbox One or PS4, since they'll want them to look the best.
