Clearly you haven't played Killzone and used the squad base system as it was intended to be used.
I reckon they are still supporting it because it makes up for the loss they are taking on the PS3.
If you think about it, for the money they are losing on every PS3, they are more than likely gaining back the same or maybe a lil more on each PS2 that is sold.
When they start to make a profit on the PS3 I think that is when we will finally see the death of the PS2.
Despite what anyone may think about the game, you got to give Bungie credit for that sale figure.
I can only hope in time we will see a PS3 game sell that many.
