Dude, this game is SO WORTH the money. I love it, the leaderboards are a nice touch as well, Its just a FUN game. If you suck at it like the writer, then you wont enjoy it so much.

I picked up the game at a local gamestop at 12pm. Along with it picked up a sandwich for lunch from Subway. Got home, popped it in, began the installation.
Took a shower (yes I woke up and ran out the door to get it.)
Ate my sandwich, checked facebook/email...then BAM it had only a minute or two left.
People act like it's the end of the worl...
They pay $50 just to play online and use X-game chat.
We pay $50 to get free games/avatars/dlc/betas,
Yet they act like WE'RE the ones getting ripped off.

I picked up GT5 this afternoon, I'm currently level 8 and I'm loving it. The game is nowhere near a 6. I dont even like racing games, I really enjoy tuning the cars, learning about the makes and models and the history of the cars. Everything about the game is great, the content especially.
A 6 for this game just SCREAMS personal vendetta.

No one here can say different, and if they do, they havent played GT5.

I downloaded the demo very excited.
The feeling of Nostalgia hit me at the beginning with the old "SEEEEGAAA", I was at the edge of my seat.
I started the game, and RIGHT AWAY, I noticed the controls just didnt respond the same way as it did on the old school Genesis games.
He had a very heavy feel to him...not like in the original sonics where he was very easy to control.

Wow, this game is absolutely incredible. I bought it like 6 months ago, and played it for an hour or two, and put it aside, didnt really get into it, and I'd bought it with like 4 other games so i didnt really miss it.
Then a month ago I decided to pop it in again, and now i'm so HOOKED. I cant stop playing.

It looked like a fresh idea that could've gone a long way.
It ended up not being nearly as scary as people expected it to be, the whole darkness thing was inefficiently applied, but it worked.
The game was average, but its potential was insane.
Sometimes I wonder what it would've sold like on the PS3, since Heavy Rain was so very well received.
Alan Wake seemed more focused on the storytelling than the gameplay.
