I wonder how much money they lost to invest on DRM research that has been thrown out the window. Do you think they will also throw away more money because of Kinect. They will not change it at least not for this fiscal year.
Do you not remember EAs reason to lose their Online passes which was DRM they lost money and it just alienated their consumers.
BTW I'm talking about Both Consoles FIRST reveal not E3.
If sony showed not games on their first reveal and showed all their games on E3 unlike M$ who would of came on top. You need to remember M$ showed no games on their reveal.

That is still required, they are using the disc in the box to confirm that its original a way to implement some kind of DRM but people are overlooking that.

Um PS4 requires PS+ which gives you free games monthly plus more services for 49.99.
X1 requires Kinect + Gold Memebership for less features and costs 59.99
Perhaps you didn't see the Ingame footage of the 1st Party Exclusives such as Infamous SS that's the one that truly looked next Gen nothing on the X1 Looked nearly as good.

The benefits of PS+ defeats your little allegation, and unlike M$ which charge 10 Dollars more for less Service, you need to have Gold to even access Netfilx unlike on the PSN.
So you're unhappy because they give you free stuff and all they ask is to support them to improve your online play experience. That's why they are charging as well. Although i do agree that maybe they should of kept it free.
