I ordered the prestige package for my sons xmas gift for ps3 anyways :)
I would like to replace my 8800 gtx but im not sure (clueless) to how much performance increase i would get. Also my 8800gtx is 90nm gpu I think the newer cards are smaller. Perhaps less heat less wattage?
I hope we get some other high profile pc games taking advantage of the cry engine 3. Too me pc graphics have stalemated due to consoles this gen.

I agree with you but some people have different taste. Ive always preferred playstation and playstation games myself but that wont stop me from playing exclusive 360 games too.

All electronics fail just some more than others. I just lost a seagate external hdd after 3mos with tons of photos and a sansa mp3 player with tons of music.
I had 1 OG 60gb ps3 that would skip audio during blu ray payback got that 1 refurbed and no more probs since 2007. My 40gb ps3 fan would get stuck on high and i got that 1 refurbed from sony too.

Say what almost every product I own is buy sony and for a damn good reason. I just picked up a sony walkman 16gb mp3 player last week and I love it compared to my sansa sh1t that just broke and ate all my tunes.

I feel ya but i still love my 8800gtx ive had it seems like 4 ever now and it still pretty much gets the job done. I want to wait until the new games come out and actually take more use of todays cards besides crysis.
Maybe when rage and doom are released Ill upgrade.
Im real excited for uncharted 2 @ the moement for my ps3 gaming. Also mw2 multiplat ill buy the ps3 version were most my friends are on psn.
Killzone 2 was a killer game i played the heck out of it.
Some 360 titles will wet my whistle too i need to get a gold card so i can play online and get some xbl friends.
Dont forget Left 4 dead 2 it was under estimated last year and it did very well.

Im purty sure this game will be blast in co-op mode with my kids. I got it reserved so i got my copy is ready for launch day pick up. multi console ownership @ its finest here. Also Bungie makes great games im sure this one will hold to their standards.
My jasper unit is real quiet and it definitally runs alot cooler the original 360s. I havnt heard a ps3 slim in action yet but my 60gb ps3 launch console is defintally louder when the fans running full speed.
