The 360 has ad's since like 2009 there is nothing new about it, and if you mean by "us" me well then i pay so the system don't get hacked, no outage, and my credit card is safe

You are pointing out things that are even worst in Dark Souls.
The quests in Dark Souls are the most monotonous i ever seen in a video game, the story doesn't have a good context and is boring and it doesn't make sense.

@Army_of_Darkness your opinion is only valid to you, the mass and the facts point to Skyrim being better than most of those games you mention, hence why Skyrim will take GOTY and not UC3 or Portal 2, plus is pretty obvious that Skyrim will take GOTY.
