Agree to an extent man.. combo challenges would be cool...
but KART RACING?! lol.. this is Mortal Kombat man..the one game where you can really fuck up your opponent, there's no place for racing me thinks.
Would love to see Rain in the game, strange that he's been left out..NetherRealm Studios are smart though, they know people will pay for him separately coz he's a cult hero!
I knew someone was going to mention that!
If I to choose between cross-platform games and cross-voice chat..the decision is pretty easy.
It would be amazing if one day you're able to enter a PC Counter-Strike server on the PS3..now that would really put Sony in a strong position.
We'll see if other complaints start coming in.
Just because you have no issues, does not mean everyone else does not..I was just stating what happened during my MK session last night that's all mate.
I had one freeze on Mortal Kombat yesterday which was the first time it had happened on the game.. too early to say whether it's connected to 3.65 or not.
I wrote that comment before I heard about Reggie's statement.
Shame on you Nintendo! lol..
Impressive thing about the lineup video, is that all those titles still have a year or more of development time so they can be polished up further.
Congrats Nintendo.
? They already confirmed last night that it would be at 'least' 300 hours worth of content.. there is no true limit to the campaign mode remember..
At LEAST 300 hours confirmed for Skyrim.. probably going to be maxed out to about 500 though.
None of your half-assed 5 hour campaign modes you see in some games today..Bethesda gives you real value for money here..
Contender for GOTY surely..
Which part Dangert? :o
I think Sony and Microsoft's E3 pressers were ok, but they didn't really show anything that made you jump out of your seat' so to speak.
With this in mind, I think Nintendo has a great opportunity to steal the show with their E3 keynote.. can't wait to see what the Wii 2 will bring to the industry.
Quote from the man with the tie, Jack Tretton:
''”EA is using the extra storage capacity of Blu-Ray to add a second game, Battlefield 1943 to the disc. That extra and exclusive content is a critical differentiator for PlayStation.”
You've got a point actually oneDMAC...there are WiFi hotspots all over the place these days..is there really a need for 3G data on AT&T?
SMS messaging and video chat will be cool of course, but it's all about gaming and WiFi is good enough for most!
Let's wait for the all important data prices.. I have a bad feeling they aint gonna be pretty.
Verizon gets the Xperia Play..AT&T gets the Vita as a full on exclusive..hope you know what you're doing Sony!
Yeah.. it looks like around 300 hours going through the main story without stopping. I'd say add another 100-150 hours doing all of the side quests and so on.
Gonna be immense no matter how many hours.
Hate is a strong word my good man, but their actions speak louder than words clearly.
Activision love making a few extra dollars, while EA are more interested in building consumer support, rather than driving them away.. a really smart and logical business step.
Btw, someone disliked! :p
Elite costs money, Battlelog does not... I think I know which one I'm going to choose here.
What about next gen remakes of Link to the Past, Mario Kart, Killer Instinct, Smash Bros and Donkey Kong Country to name a few? :D
If this thing is really built on a triple-core CPU, developers are gonna be knocking one out in the office in excitement.
I think you could be right about Sony wanting to push Vita and PS3 streaming features... shame it comes at the expense of those brucie bonuses though!
They must have something in the pipeline though, as seems crazy to just remove it full stop and say 'Sorry, we can't let you do that'.
