I see Bethesda using this hardware for the next Elder Scrolls considering they said themselves, their goals cannot currently be met on current hardware.
Like others said, it looks like DLC. Seriously this long and this is the best they can do? Boarderlands always felt like a lazy attempt, already using cell shaded to hide the fact of bad graphics, the very least would be to finally make this game bigger, badder and actually openworld instead of cut up pieces of a map.
I like the added jump factor that has been pushed in this version, with it having over the shoulder, they seem to play with the 'just slightly off screen' factor of the gameplay mechanics of the game. Which is nice. I think this game is a new creation all in itself, feels new.
Is this game ever coming out? and is it really open world because all I have ever seen is closed circuit, linear paths.
It was because it was a tiny upgrade to Battlefield 1. Literally could have been DLC. So why would anyone buy the full game for what is DLC.
Its clear that this game is firing off many messages but the main scope of this game seems to be that with our destructive nature, testing bombs around the world and using them in various wars those sounds have been heard, those flashes have been seen and we have invited the wrong attention. The things that are coming to this earth, if it is earth that the game is depicting is showing that they realise we are no match for them and thus, they want to reset our world for their gain. The baby is...
Goodness, this still not released?
What are they doing?
It is not just someone, it is a lot of people. Look at Rockstar, they knew that a large portion of players enjoys the first person. So when they ported GTA 5 from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, PS3 to PS4 they added the first-person view.
Because companies like Rockstar know that people have preferences and do not take much from a (dedicated and caring gaming company) to provide both.
What I do not understand is, if they know people have a preference first person and the third person then why not just give the option to play in either and just mention at the start that they suggest you play it, the first person, as the game was intended for that view. As they have the animations in place already, unless they are doing some shifty gameplay tricks where the character you play as isn't actually 3D to save on processing. I could only ever imagine that would be the case if ...
Shame its just a very plastic controller, however. The noise of the triggers have always been horrible sounding.
How Xbox One finally won E3 – an interview with Sony. That would be more believable, clearly if you interview an employee of Microsoft, your going to get pretty strong bias.
To end all discussion of who won this, let the games talk for themselves:
Microsoft Games E3 Games
Ashen
Battletoads

Black Desert Online
Crackdown 3
Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course
Gears 5

How did MS do better? What games did they offer that where big enough to outweigh that of the exclusives Sony has shown?
I never understood this fanboy mentality. Clearly, both systems have interesting futures but when it comes to shear games, Sony's list goes on and on. Whereas Microsoft had yet another Halo to rant about.
That is an impressive and dense environment, to go, toe to toe with the likes of Rockstar and games like Red Dead and GTA I would say good on them and glad to see yet another nice open world game. The first person issue still bothers me, it takes no effort to put options in place, like Rockstar has always done.
I look forward to this game, this Death Stranding mainly.
Seriously what is wrong with you people. It was the only trailer of E3 that grabbed any attention and shown true progression. Nothing in death stranding has been seen before and nothing it portrays has been seen before. To have the balls to make something totally different because you feel your idea is a good one and then execute it in this manner, with more advancements in facial design, movement and overall scale of everything seen, gameplay mechanics are seemingly so vast that most game de...
I always wished a gaming company would tape into this kind of data. I always wanted a company like Rockstar to use such data mining to produce a nearly entire earth like exploration. Fingers crossed they do. I know if I was deciding on developing a game, I would do just that.
