Patch works great for me. Loading times are a lot shorter

I usually don't go for plats but I'm going to get this one. Just need to get 8 more levels and I got it. I'm going to play some co-op tonight and hopefully I can get xp faster.
Maybe if a ton of Americans get it and Brits don't, then Activision won't price hike anymore hopefully. I actually got a good deal on this game off Amazon
It is supposed to be like the original, but improves the formula. If they wanted something that's a whole new experience IW would have made a new IP.

really what trophies didn't unlock for you? Only ones I didn't get so far are fully loaded, lvl 50, and the raceway one so I hope it's not those.

Got this game off Amazon. Should arrive Nov. 10 and once it ships I get $20 towards Amazon video games. Any one who knows more about this correct me if I'm wrong please, but that's a great deal on a great game.
Since you acknowledge Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 which are amazing. I was playing Killzone 2 8v8 DLC maps this morning and it was insane.

On it being like COD4 I agree, and that's why I already know I'll love it. New story, maps, weapons, game modes, perks, and a visual upgrade are all MW2 needs to be great once again. Changing the formula too much can be a bad thing and turn off a ton of people, like SOCOM 3 and DMC2 did.
I'll be busy with MW2 so this one doesn't interest me, but it would nice if this was true so they can be sure the bugs will be fixed on all versions.
I played KZ2 instead of World at War so I'm ready for some CoD. Even if it is published by Activsion.
and I wouldn't have to worry about my console blowing up when I play it.
I was the same way until last week. Now I'm getting both games
I just bought Borderlands and MW2. The I haven't gotten them cause they are PSone games. While they were great back in the day standards have gotten higher and I don't know if I'll like them. I want MGS mostly for the story but I'm not sure I can go back to that camera style.
