Console fanboys have no idea how cpu and gpu works,
I think xbox one x can hit 60fps but due to its cpu during intense fights fps will drop below 60 so for the devs it is a better choice to cap it at 30.
even if you lower the graphics to 480p the cpu will not be able to maintain 60fps.

I just disassembled my switch and my ps4 pro and I seemed to have found similar problem with the hardware.
During my thorough research, investigation and inspection it seems that a more powerful hardware produces a better image quality compared to the weaker one, I was so shocked at first I was not able to accept that a weaker hardware produces lesser quality graphics it really defies physics.

Yes so silly of me, I was blinded by the marketing. I was like wtf 4k with high to ultra settings on a console, wtf impossible? I almost forgot I play games @1440p with mid to high settings to achieve 100fps, not because my pc can't do 4k.
