Lets just hope that they do have some form of conection with what you did in the previous game - it just has loads of possibilitites:
if you were persuing two characters and the one you gave a knockback to goes all bunny boiler on you, you get to track down the pirate that was behind the big massacre in your characters past (only if you went the war hero back story). If done right, ME2 could be very different for the each individual player.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like the game one bit, even the firs game was controversial and violent purely for the sake of being contraversial and violent. But I have to stand by my principles - the BBFC should never have the right to censor anything. Hell, I would have given it an R18 cert, but that is just me.
you know that stuff did not bother me one bit, i was there for the story and the interaction, not the visuals. Sure they did add an element to it, but to me it was all about the dialogue and the story.
I for one am really looking forward to this game - hopefully, the game will take into account your actions and decisions from the last game to taylor a storyline for you.

This is one of the reasons why I stopped playing the game: I have went through 90% of the side missions and I did'nt want to go to progress the story as I would'nt be able to do any more side missions.
Yeah, but with the previousl released of MK games, they have each added severe disapointment onto the series overall: They should never have branched out into the adventure game field.

Totally true, but there also has to be a serious drop in the movie prices too: in the UK is costs around $50 for a bluray movie!!!
For high def to truley penertrate the market, not only the ocst of entry has to be lower (which looks set to happen) but the per movie price has to be cheaper too, a price difference of $30 (£15) is too much for the average joe to swallow - they would much preferr to buy the std df DVD.
It all depends on the view distance to be honest - from where I sit in my games room, I can tell the diference on my 37 Toshiba 1080p screen
All they need to do is hold on until GTA is released 0 then thier stock will skyrocket - EA knows this and they are trying to force the issue before they have to pay through the nose for them.
The only thing I worry about is ROCKSTAR- are they a part of the deal? I heard that the deal does not include them, but does this incude the GTA universe? Concieveably, if RS walks, then they could be without the GTA Ip.
